FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – June 30, 2026

Allied Mineral Products, LLC, Announces Executive Leadership Promotions

Columbus, Ohio – Allied Mineral Products, LLC, a global leader in the refractory industry, today announced a series of executive promotions and organizational changes effective July 1, 2026.

As Allied continues to expand its global footprint, the organization is evolving to better align its leadership structure with its increasingly integrated worldwide operations. The changes announced today reflect this strategic direction, enhancing focus across both North American and International markets while strengthening executive leadership at the highest levels.

“These changes represent a natural and necessary progression in Allied’s growth strategy,” said Jon R. Tabor. “By aligning our leadership structure with our global business, we are ensuring that we have the right team in place to guide Allied into the future.”

Paul Jamieson Promoted To Chief Executive Officer & Vice Chairman

Paul Jamieson, previously President & Chief Executive Officer, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer & Vice Chairman. A 36-year veteran of Allied Mineral Products, Jamieson has served as President since 2017 and assumed the combined role of President & CEO in 2023.

In recent years, Jamieson has taken on an expanded scope of responsibilities, including duties traditionally associated with the Chairman role. This promotion formally recognizes his broader leadership and strategic influence across the organization.

Jamieson will continue to report to Jon R. Tabor, Chairman.

Presidents – Global Operational Alignment

To further strengthen Allied’s operational focus and align leadership with its global structure, two key executive promotions have been made at the presidential level:

John Halsted Named President, International

John Halsted, formerly Executive Vice President, Sales and Affiliates, has been promoted to President, International.

Serving Allied for 32 years, Halsted brings extensive global experience, having held numerous sales leadership roles and supported operations across multiple international markets. His career includes five years living in Germany, where he helped strengthen Allied’s presence in Europe. He has also held both sales and operational executive responsibilities for several of the company’s international affiliates.

In his new role, Halsted will lead Allied’s International sales plus the Research and Technology functions.  He will also provide executive leadership of several of Allied’s wholly owned foreign affiliates, further advancing the company’s global strategy. He will continue to report to Paul Jamieson.

Todd Henry Named President, North America

Todd Henry, previously Corporate Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to President, North America.

Henry brings nearly four decades of financial experience, including 15 years with Allied Mineral Products, where he has served as CFO throughout his tenure. His broad financial leadership has provided deep insight into all facets of the business, supported by his close collaboration with departments across the organization.

Henry serves on several affiliate Boards of Directors and has played a critical role in the administration of the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a responsibility he will continue to hold.

As President, North America, Henry will oversee the company’s business operations in the North American region as well as the corporate Accounting and Finance function, driving company performance and continued growth. He will report to Paul Jamieson.

Positioned for Continued Growth

These leadership changes reflect Allied Mineral Products’ commitment to proactive succession planning, organizational alignment, and sustained growth across global markets. By strengthening executive leadership and clearly defining regional responsibilities, Allied is well-positioned to continue delivering value to customers and stakeholders worldwide.

“With this structure, Allied has the leadership and organizational framework necessary to build on our strong foundation to capitalize on future opportunities while continuing to provide our customers outstanding products and services,” said Tabor.
