FOUNDRY PRODUCT OFFERINGS

ICP ceramic tubes are non-eroding and ensure a smooth, slag-free flow of metal into the mold cavity without contamination or reaction. Each tube is precision-manufactured to deliver a consistent, reliable fit.

ICP bent and segmented tubes are designed to facilitate complex gating of castings. Bent and segmented tubes eliminate the cutting and grinding of standard runner tubes into shorter lengths along alternative angles, then re-assembling to form a non-linear runner.

F-Style pour cups are designed to be used with ICP gating components. These cups feature outlet recesses for quick, secure connections and are positioned to minimize defects from sand and re-oxidation inclusions. Available in durable mullite or fused silica, they help ensure cleaner pours and higher-quality castings.

ICP Fused Silica Nozzles are designed for bottom-pour ladles and automatic pouring furnaces. They are a high-density product that demonstrates excellent thermal shock resistance and mechanical strength.

We offer a range of fused silica products for molten metal sampling, including test coupons, assay cups, crucibles, sampling rings, and samplers compatible with standard spectrographic analysis equipment. Our samplers provide quick, convenient, and inclusion-free sampling for accurate results.

ICP ceramic fittings are single-piece components built for superior erosion and spall resistance. Available in standard elbow, tee, and cross designs, as well as custom configurations, these fittings can also combine multiple inlet and outlet diameters in one unit upon request.

ICP Duck Feet are used as casting ingates designed to reduce erosion on core and mold surfaces by allowing metal to enter the mold smoothly, minimizing turbulence. Their sharp, clean edges produce a better finish at the ingates, and they are easy to remove after casting. Additional advantages include reduced erosion, improved casting finish, fewer inclusions, and less gate grinding.

ICP strainer cores are manufactured from high-grade mullite and are suitable for steel, gray, and ductile iron applications. They offer cost-effective flow control with high strength, stable dimensions, and consistent quality. Designed to reduce slag and stop vortexing, these cores help produce better castings with fewer inclusions and less gate grinding. Additional benefits include no outgassing, quick delivery, and availability in many sizes.

Ceramic filters remove impurities from molten metal, ensuring the production of high-quality castings in both foundry and investment casting processes. They are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes.
